Dr. Nada Wakim, PhD, MSN, RN, NEA-BC

Co-Founder, Global Nursing Consultants

Dr. Nada Wakim is a transformational executive nurse leader with over three decades of experience driving quality outcomes, Magnet designations, and high reliability cultures in major health systems. As former Associate Chief Nurse Officer at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and  AVP at Baptist Health South Florida, she has led patient safety, nurse engagement, and clinical innovation at scale. An award-winning researcher, published author, and UN speaker on human trafficking and global nursing leadership, Dr. Wakim brings unmatched insight into workforce sustainability, infection control, and operational excellence. She is fluent in Arabic and English and draws on global and U.S. systems expertise to advance inclusive, just healthcare systems.

Dr. Suha Ballout, PhD, RN, FAAN

Co-Founder, Global Nursing Consultants

Dr. Suha Ballout is a globally recognized nursing scholar, equity strategist, and public health leader with over 20 years of academic, clinical, and policy experience. A Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing and Co-Director of the Center for Innovative Teaching at UMass Boston, Dr. Ballout leads nationally funded initiatives in behavioral health workforce equity, trauma-informed systems, and inclusive pedagogy. She is the principal architect of transformative frameworks adopted across institutions, including READY+, ECNLF, and IWTR. Her expertise spans U.S. education systems and global health advocacy in Lebanon, MENA, and LMICs. Dr. Ballout is a sought-after speaker, mentor, and consultant for institutions building justice-aligned nursing and health systems.
